More footage of Jim Jones educating the youth has surfaced. I didn’t know that he was teaching a “Music Business” class and I’m wondering if the school he’s teaching at couldn’t find anyone else. I mean Jim Jones? A Music Business class? I can think of a few people that might have a few more credentials in this area. 50 Cent, Diddy, and Jay-Z are all New York area MC’s who have created empires stemming from their music careers. 50 made 100 million selling Vitamin Water, Diddy has…well Diddy has everything, Jay’s got the 40/40 chain, Roc Nation, Beyonce, the list goes on and on. I think that Brooklyn High could have gotten someone a lot better to teach these kids.
Now this is something new. I’ve never heard of a visual mixtape before, but this is amazing. Ski Beatz out together a mixtape (which is still not done yet) and let us catch a sneak peak of it visually. With appearances from Mos Def, Jay Electronica, Jim Jones, Curren$y and many more, I can’t wait for the full project to drop.

Yes, someone thought it would be a good idea to let Jim Jones teach kids. The man who gave us “Ballin’” is going to be teaching an 8 week music course in a NYC public high school. A few questions … You chose Jim Jones, seriously? You couldn’t get someone with a little more credibility than “A Dipset Christmas” to do this? Do you earn extra credit by the ounce? What happens when he learns his students have a better vocabulary than him, and can probably out-rap him?
