Check out the Clipse giving their thoughts on working with Camron and their new album: ‘Til The Casket Drops’
The Clipse perform my personal favorite off the album, ‘Popular Demand’ live with Camron. Malice and Pusha T have done good for themselves with this new album. The first half of the LP is banging, while the second half is more laid back. It’s good to see these Virginia Commonwealth favorites back on the scene! Check out Rick Ross performing ‘I’m Good’ with the Clipse during the second half of the video.
The Clipse are back for the third time with their new album ‘Til The Casket Drops’ set for release on December 8th. Overall, it’s a solid album. Production from the Neptunes on over half of the LP helped out a lot. Guest appearances by Kanye, Keri Hilson, Yo Gotti, and Camron didn’t hurt either. Other than that, it’s your typical, cocky, coke rap that these Virginia natives are famous for.
The highlights of the album are Popular Demand (ft Camron), Kinda Like A Big Deal (ft Kanye West), Eyes on Me, and Counseling, which has an old school feel to it. The track with Yo Gotti has potential to be a club favorite, but gets kind of boring after a minute. Footsteps also has a nice concept. The rest of the album is just boastful lyrics, head-nod rhythms, and drug numbers being spit at you like its nothing.

Cam’ron continues to move the Dipset brand forward with the release of a brand new compilation titled World Domination.
The 22-track street album is the first official release for Cam’s Dipset West imprint, which was launched in July, when Cam announced the formation of the U.N.
The company is a new multimedia entertainment company with divisions in film and music.
“This is one of the strongest street records to come from the West coast in a minute,” Dipset West co-CEO Omar “Ice Man” Sharif told AllHipHop.com. ‘”Fresh new talent from LA, Compton, Long Beach, Hollywood, Brooklyn, Harlem, Queens Bronx all on one joint. Two words: World Domination.”
The new album features appearances by all new members of Dipset, including Begetz, Young Hustel, Philli, Fly Boyz, Lamborgini, Vado, Byrd Lady, Charlie Clipse, Felony Fame and original member Hell Rell.
Appearances by rapper Yukmouth and producers Araab Muzik and J. ClassicZ round out the album, which is hosted by Duke Da God.
The Dipset West World Domination compilation album is due in stores and online on Thanksgiving (November 26).
In related news Cam’ron has announced that he will also drop a new Gangsta Grillz mixtape with DJ Drama on Thanksgiving day as well.

Rapper turned reverend turned rapper Mason Betha, a.k.a. ‘Mase’ has finally been released from his contractual obligations to P. Diddy and Bad Boy. First appearing on the scene in the mid 90’s with former road dog Cam’ron, ‘Murda Mase’ quickly built a fan base with his patented slow flow and witty lyrics. In 1999, Mase left the rap game to work for the MOST HIGH. He started a successful ministry, a website, and completely left the flamboyant, fast-paced lifestyle of a Hip Hop artist alone, …supposedly. After being away from the limelight for 5 years, Betha attempted a comeback as a newly inducted member of G-Unit, only to have any hopes of a deal being met shattered by Puff’s refusal to release the Florida-born MC out of his contract for nothing less than 2 million. Unwilling to gamble on the ‘Bad Boy’ turned Good Guy, 50 just let the deal blow away in the breeze. Over 13 years after first appearing on 112’s hit single, ‘Only You’ with label mate Biggie Smalls, Mase has shown up again. He shocked Hip Hop fans earlier this summer by squashing the beef with Jim Jones and appearing on a track with Cam’ron. He recently popped up on Diddy while doing an interview on V103 and got his John Hancock for his release. Check it out……..
Mase was one of the hottest rappers out in the late 90’s, having a buzz similar to 50 when he was just coming out, and like Drake’s buzz is now. Even though he received alot of slack from critics claiming he was too ‘POP’ or radio friendly, Mase still held his own on the mic. Can he still deliver the hits?
