The Game Speaks On ‘The Red Album’ And Hip Hop

When The Game released ‘The Documentary’ in ‘05, we all knew he would be around for a while. His last two albums (The Doctor’s Advocate and LAX) didn’t quite compare to his debut, but were easily considered solid albums. LAX was actually supposed to be Game’s final album, but ‘retiring and returning’ evidently has become part of Hip Hop as well. After beefing with 50, G-Unit, Yukmouth, Joe Buddens, Lil Eazy-E, and even Jay-Z, you have to wonder what The Game has in store for The Red Album. He claims this album will be the craziest one out of his four LP’s. Some feel Game has become a menstrual show, and is no longer relevant. Can he still manage to create classic tracks like ‘Dreams’, ‘My Life’, and ‘One Blood’? With Dr. Dre working with Game for the first time in over 4 years, some classic material is bound to surface somewhere. With Snoop Dogg ’s new album coming later this year, the WEST COAST really has something to look forward to. Now if we could just get Tha Dogg Pound to release another project, we might be getting somewhere….
